Passes & booking

How much is a pass, and where do I buy one?

Pricing for Navratri 2026 has not been announced yet, and nothing is on sale on this website today. Rates and booking channels will be published on the Passes page as soon as the organisers confirm them. BookMyShow is the event's ticketing partner.

What is the difference between a season pass and a single-night pass?

A season pass covers all ten nights, 11 to 20 October. A single-night pass is valid only for the date shown on it. A season pass must be brought in full — entry is not given on a single-day cut counter.

Can I book for my whole family or group?

Yes. One booking can cover your whole group, and every member gets their own personal QR pass. That means you do not all have to arrive together, and nobody has to share a code.

Do children need a pass?

Children below five years of age are given free entry and do not need a pass.

Getting your pass

How do I get my pass after booking?

Sign in to the Rajpath Navratri app with the mobile number you booked with. Your pass appears as a QR code in the app — one for each person in your booking.

My booking went through but I don't see a pass. What now?

Close the app fully and reopen it — it re-checks your booking on launch and will issue the pass if it is pending. If it is still missing, email support@rajpathnavratri.in with your booking ID and the mobile number you booked with, and we will fix it.

I'm not receiving the login OTP.

Check that you entered the same mobile number you registered with, and that you have network signal. OTP messages can take a minute at busy times. If it still does not arrive, call +91 96878 87010 and we will help you sign in.

At the gate

Does the pass work without internet at the venue?

Yes. Your pass is stored on your phone, so it works even when the network on the ground is weak. Open it before you reach the gate so the queue keeps moving.

Can I share or transfer my pass?

No. Each pass admits one named person, is personal and non-transferable, and its QR is scanned once. A screenshot forwarded to somebody else will be rejected at the gate.

What should I carry with me?

Your phone with the pass open, and photo ID in case we need to confirm the pass belongs to you. If you hold a season pass, bring it in full.

What is not allowed on the ground?

Gutkha, tobacco, smoking and any intoxicants. Anyone who has consumed intoxicants will not be given entry, and anyone found misbehaving may be removed from the ground without refund. The full rules are on the Venue page.

Is there parking?

Park only in the designated areas around Jawahar Maidan. Please note the organisers take no responsibility of any kind for parked vehicles.

Extras

How do the bus facility and food coupons work?

Where these are included with your pass, they appear inside the app — the bus facility with your pickup point, and food coupons to be redeemed at the stalls on the ground.

What happens if it rains?

Navratri is held on an open ground. Under the organisers' published rules, if the programme cannot take place because of rain or natural causes, no refund of any kind is given. See Passes & Refunds.

Your account

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app go to Profile → Delete Account, or email support@rajpathnavratri.in from your registered address. Full details on the Delete Your Account page.

Can I get a photo of myself removed from the gallery?

Yes. Tell us which photograph at support@rajpathnavratri.in and we will take it down.

Still stuck? Write to support@rajpathnavratri.in or call +91 96878 87010 — and please quote your booking ID.
